New general types Centaur * A four legged spearman, most effective against enemy cavalry soldiers * With a higher max attack value than the current spearman general, the centaur will easily deal to enemy cavalry generals. Wolf * Very fast moving and effective against lightly armored soldiers on the battlefield * The wolf can be used during scouting missions, because it has a higher hitpoint and attack max than the current scout general, the wolf will most effective in killing enemy scouts. Scorpion * A fast moving beast that uses its pincers and stinger to inflect damage on its enemies * The scorpion has two special anti-cav skills, this makes the scorpion extremely effective against enemy mounted soldiers and generals Giant * A slow moving, hard hitting beast. Capable of taking large amounts of damage * The giant is effectively a tank in battle, he is able to take many hits before being killed Necro Mage * A fast moving healing general. This general can have its hitpoints increased to a very respectful value while being able to provide increased healing to friendly soldiers. Special skills * Each general has both single target and AOE damage modes * The Necro Mage general has a special heal only mode that applies a much faster heal rate to friendly units while not being able to attack * All other generals have special single target and multi target combo attacks Obtaining a special general * Defeat any random monster spawn in a barbarian village, city or fortress for your chance to capture a special general * If you do capture a general you will have to pay gold to put it under your command, do this in your tavern * Some captured generals will come already leveled by a few levels, so you may have stat points to spend on him right away Alfheim UpdateMar 15, 2020 - Community AnnouncementsAlfheim Update This update adds the new world capital city 'Alfheim' to the map, based in the very center of the world this city is a must have for the worlds most powerful alliance. Alfheim AI Owned Location: 150,150 Defenders: High Elves and monster spawns Attack time limit: 10 minutes To take control of this world capital, players must first clear out all of its defending soldiers. The high elves are extremely strong soldiers, their special bond with nature means they have converted monsters who help them in the defence of Alfheim Player Owned The following perks apply to the owner of Alfheim 100 free coins per day 3 random monster spawns help to defend each treasure from attack Ability to send an extra 5 units with any attack sent from the city Four times the normal population capacity Able to use 6 famous city abilities per day Capacity for points increased to 3 times your default value Speech scrolls can not be used on Alfheim, so the owner must have the troops to defend from attacks or risk letting the capital fall into enemy hands! Famous city points capacity Regional capitals points capacity has been increased by 50% of your default amount State capitals points capacity has been increased by 100% of your default amount Low level resources increased The resource rewards found in Open Plains, Forest, Jungles and Lakes have been increased to make attacking these location more worth while. AI BuffFeb 24, 2020 - Community AnnouncementsMany players have reported that 'high level' AI soldiers are too easy to beat, the following changes have been made to try and make it more of a challange. The amount of AI units that can spawn in hills and outlaw villages, cities and fortresses has been slightly increased. The special attack bonuses of AI have been improved, so an outlaw spearmen for example will now cause a lot more damage against mounted units. AI units will no longer endlessly follow their first target
