We've been very excited about all of the great feedback so far! Thank you! However, we realize that we didn't convey the CPU minimum specifications correctly. Sorry! We should have conveyed our requirements more clearly. We require Intel i5-4590 or newer. More specifically, we require a CPU that supports the AVX2 instruction set. We've updated the "System Requirements" text to make this more clear. We've also updated the app to detect machines that don't support AVX2, display an error, and exit cleanly (rather than crash, which, we agree, was less than ideal).
