Yeah its going to have 6 fully anatomically correct warriors, a 2 Player turn based mode, tons of powerups, weapons, and a blue bunny humanoid named Romus. So the story goes like this... Urizen Radiant Star Team Urizen goes on a rescue mission to answer S.O.S call from moon world close bye, Hellinite which is at war within and who is tormented by three renegade kings. They get there and finds the Hidden temple of "Thunder" HQ with chamber of sacred stones from which the call was emanating. Discovers Mysterious “Radiant Star” stone in one of the rooms. Radiation from the stone somehow changes the crew into... “Team Radiant Star”, who now posses strange powers, and enhanced attributes. Those who have made the S.O.S find him and his crew, who have all been transformed by the Radiant Star stone. The Hellinites cannot believe what has happened they show the team the prophecy. Team Radiant Star is composed of “Mercilus” {STEAM_CLAN_IMAGE}/9990299/d9575f8af16cdfbb64f9970193daad555a8cbd8f.png , “King Emerald Jr”, “Ketan”, “Romus”, “Sentry”, and “Aquadane”. Also, I am planning for the game to play out, mission based like the classic Super C for the Nintendo, with strategic points to destroy or combat, there will also be vehicle and aerial overhead warfare along with powerup collecting like Metroid, and with the vibe of Risk of Rain. Another thing would be the bonus rounds...do we really need them. So, ahem. The major update will still be significant but not as major. While the bonus round bit, and the enemy revamp will take some time to put together I have already designed the look of the 6 Warrior Furry Pack, and they kick wild feathers...We got Murdok the Magician, Wallo the Bear, Pink Bird, Beak Man, Super Scoobers, and Prince Whiskers. They will have their own moves projectiles and such. I hope all this will help keep Urizen fresh, and in reality it was an unnecessary but very cool addition to the lineup. Bugs, bugs, bugs...I found a good one apparently this one gave a fatal error from the dumbest unexplained thing when battling the Blind Ice Man...yet it was easily fixed. Also I made the sound test text bigger and changed the color to white making it better readable. Made some other really annoying micro bug fixes. I'm going to update the enemies, so that ALL of them have some kind of projectile or offensive move...yeah. Also I'm adding bonus rounds. The create a warrior is a big if...July 9 2019 Micro Update #2Jul 9, 2019 - Community AnnouncementsSo yeah, once again. The treasure chests fell through in some of the stages, I fixed that. I completed the POW meter. Fixed the checkpoint so that now it works as intended. Yup...little annoyances... The next update if any will be major...Frosty Update #3 will feature mini game bonus rounds, some new stages, new warriors, and some more elaborate sprites, and maybe just maybe a create a warrior. Wish me luck.. Bye. Red Moon StudioJuly 2 2019 Micro UpdateJul 2, 2019 - Community AnnouncementsHello, once again... So umm yeah, I got rid of some micro errors and the unwanted. I added a complete powerbar backgrounder holder and updated the sprite so that it glows when fully charged. Then I fixed the coinbags so that they don't fall through floors (where the fudge did this error come from), I then fixed the checkpoint so that if you visit the witches hut when you get back you get a full health charge. These simple error fixes make all the difference in my book... Also I'm thinking of adding a create a warrior option, this is a tough one but very doable...Urizen I will not abandon you...I hope we all can can enjoy Urizen even more with all these bug fixes and add ons.JUNE 2019 UPDATEJun 27, 2019 - Community AnnouncementsHey there everyone, we got bug fixes, small upgrades and more . First off, my apologies if I couldn't get all of those darn bugs after the big speed fix, but here I am with an updated version of Urizen with a fixed bug that would run an error when stepping on a floating turtle...apparently after removing the combo code, it went on that error. Second I added a background to the Dragons Lair and I updated the Coldmoon Caverns. Third I added a powerup bar. Fourth I messed with the intro, and added a bonus song that would randomly play. Fifth I updated the hidden prologue and fixed the buy-in screen. Sixth I updated/fixed the ending sequence. Seventh, I updated the pause menu, made it easier. And eight I redid the checkpoint mechanism as to be able to enter the witches hut if your health is high enough. All in all I think it is looking very good!!! Problems FixedJan 30, 2019 - Community AnnouncementsSo due to loading speed issues I've decided to update project Urizen Frosty to a new game engine, and of course it had some issues, all due to some incompatible code which has been fixed. No longer will Urizen load for a minute and a half. It will load in less than 4 sec. Anyhow all is good. Thank You.The Great Speed Fix DONEJan 26, 2019 - Community AnnouncementsSo the older game engine made Urizen load really long and was considerably slow..I have made the transition to a much newer version in hopes of speeding up the load time and removing the lagginess that came from an old file...I hope this makes a difference in everyones gaming experience.Frosty v2.0 Has been Completed!!!Jan 15, 2019 - Community AnnouncementsSo I had 8 hours of spare time while working on two other titles coming soon, and while playing through Urizen Frosty without using cheats I unfortunately found a few game breaking bugs...honestly I've been using a stage select cheat, and made the error of not playing through without it. Anyhow they have been fixed. I'm going to put up a sale, in light of this update. For Older Versions - Please Delete Content and Upgrade to "Frosty"Jul 8, 2018 - Community AnnouncementsHello everyone, for those people playing Urizen and are getting a white screen with god awful music, here's what you must do to enjoy the "Frosty" version. We'll in the new Deluxe "Frosty" Update readily available like now, I got these two things rid of including the awful music if any. - Please remove all older content by deleting local content on steam for Urizen and upgrade already... :) You will know you have the new version with the title screen and upgraded music. Also here's a fix if you do get the white screen, just press the windows button, and right click and then left click the game running icon on the taskbar on your PC, this will bring up the game. All in all...keeping it Retro.
