Fixed bug that wipes bird journal progress. (Not retroactive for anyone affected by the bug already.) Other misc data clean up. Adjusted feather rewards from mail. Chances of getting shiny feathers is now higher along with a little more quantity. If you were one of the unfortunate users that got the Bird Journal wipe bug this fix will not bring back your old data. We're really sorry about this issue. Of all the data in the game to have this error it's most certainly the worst one. All other data seems to have made the transition safely. If you are one of the players that have been affected by the bug please send an email to [email protected] and we'll send you some special goodies to help you build up your journal again. Also, tweaks to the feather rewards were made. The adjustments are subtle but pick up the pace of collecting. It felt like a needed change now that that mobile versions and cloud syncing have been discontinued. (This was a planned quality of life adjustment that made it into the patch). Thanks, -Layden 1.5 Stability UpdateNov 6, 2023 - Community AnnouncementsHi, everyone! This is a stability update that fixes a bunch of bugs and other backend things. This includes adjustments to how data is stored and fixes for various other issues. All the achievements are achievable again, so you can 100% the game. The mobile version of the game will be discontinued soon due to a lack of resources, so we wanted to release a finalized version of Tiny Bird Garden Deluxe. Thank you so much for your support over the years, and thank you so much for playing our game. Cloud services have been removed from the options, as this feature has been discontinued. The Cloud Saving Achievement has been replaced with the new “Late Birdie” Achievement—so now folks can earn that missing achievement. Save data has been reformatted to allow copying to new devices. Bug where NPC items would get stuck has now been fixed. Lots of other smaller issues/bugs throughout the game have been fixed. Is this the last update to the game? Maybe, maybe not! Thank you again for all the support since 2018. Please note, we will still provide stability/bug fixes for any major issues, content updates or not. The two of us really appreciate your patience and support. Thank you! -Daisy and Layden A Spooky Update! 1.4.2Oct 4, 2019 - Community AnnouncementsHey everyone! We got a real spooky update for you. This includes 4 new Spooky themed birds, as well as 4 new Spooky Babies too! We're also offering the Spooky Garden, Toys and Hats at half the feathers during October! The spooky garden and spooky items have been hard to obtain since they were first introduced to the mobile version 2 years ago. (This was when we had limited edition sets, a feature we have since discontinued.) To be fair to those players who got the sets, the set items have since only been available at high feather costs. However, to celebrate the spooky season we thought it would be cool to make them more accessible to all players for a limited time. This only lasts until our planned November update, so make sure to get them soon! As well as being a spooky event, this is also a regular update! New Features - 4 New Birds to meet. - 4 New Babies to raise. - Rainbob 3rd favorite hat changed to not rare item. - Bug Fix: Crystal doll hat now correct. - Bug Fix: Baby bird transparency issue fixed. (Doll hats and various menu areas etc). - Bug Fix: Start up crashes. - Other small refinements made throughout the game. We hope you enjoy the spooky season in your gardens!1.4.1 Patch!Aug 28, 2019 - Community AnnouncementsHey everyone! You can find the new Tiny Bird Cloud features on the Title Screen. The Cloud Features are cross compatible on all platforms and with the new Sync feature you can play on multiple devices at the same time while keeping your core progress. Sync: The sync feature allows you to update your data without erasing progress on either device. Just press it once once on each device your using and you will be up to date with all your bird journal and progress. (Please keep in mind that feathers and stackable items do not transfer in sync). There are also a whole bunch of bug fixes and refinements made throughout the game. This week we also updated Tiny Bird Garden Mobile to bring it up to date with the Deluxe version. That included the 32 birds which were exclusive to Deluxe and the nursery feature. The mini games and story mode are remaining a deluxe exclusive for the time being! It's been a wild ride the past couple of months since launch! Thank you for all the kind words and support. Look forward to some extra birdy updates coming this year! -Daisy and Layden Super Retro DuckTiny Bird Garden Deluxe is a feathery Neko Atsume with added hatsJan 20, 2019 - Rock, Paper, ShotgunTiny Bird Garden Deluxe is a game about filling your life with over a hundred colourful, adorable birds. So, pretty much life goals. It s similar to popular cat-collection mobile game Neko Atsume, except while I realise I m about to make the mistake of having an opinion online I personally prefer our feathered friends. Also, this one s on PC so we can actually write about it. Here s a trailer so you can see what it s all about. Birds! Hats! Birds in hats! (more…) If anybody needs me I'll be in the garden buying cute hats for adorable birdsJan 9, 2019 - PC GamerTiny Bird Garden Deluxe is a game about managing a garden where you can meet—spoiler alert—tiny birds. Put some bird seed in the feeders, place a toy somewhere (something as simple as a paper bag, a wooden perch, or a cardboard box with a hole cut in it) and soon you'll have a feathered visitor in your yard. When the birds eventually depart they'll leave you a note about how much they like your garden, as well as a few feathers that act as currency, letting you buy new toys and birdseed for your yard to attract more birds. This is all completely adorable on its own, but it's also extremely fiendish because the makers of Tiny Bird Garden Deluxe also let you buy wee little hats for these cute birds, and the hats are as cute as the birds, and there are, like, 20 full pages of cute hats to choose from, and the whole game is just dripping with so much charm and cuteness I almost can't stand it. I mean, there are even little bow ties and spectacles and costumes, all of which you can use to dress up your bird buddies. I haven't really had such a cute gaming experience in a long time. And it's not just about popping a hat on a bird and sitting there smiling at the combined cuteness you've just created. Click on a bird, read its bio, and learn a bit about what it likes (music, books, art, cheese, etc) and you'll get some idea of its personality and some clues as to which gift the bird will not just enjoy but truly love. Each bird has three favorite hats, toys, and treats, and figuring out their faves will strengthen your relationship with them. I've had mixed success with guessing favorites—a bird named Cheesie (who looks like a bird made out of cheese) visited, and I saw there was a hat that looks like a wedge of cheese in the hat shop, so I bought him the cheese hat. Made sense to me. He liked it, but it's not one of his favorites. On the other hand, a bird named Mallow who likes videogames and cosplay was quite taken with "The Boss" hat, which is a military beret and eyepatch that kinda makes him look like a bird-version of Solid Snake. I'll have to keep guessing what will make Cheesie truly happy, I guess. When you're not cooing over the birds in your garden, you can head to the nursery, where you can raise your own bird from an egg. I suggest you do this since it's not only adorable, but can provide you with extra feathers to spend in the store when you clean up their poops. You can also feed the baby bird (the color of the food you give them will dictate what color they become) and once they've matured they'll fly away, telling you they'll never forget you (sniffle). Don't worry, it's not an idle promise: the birds you raise will visit your little garden from time to time. There's a story, too, involving several non-bird characters (human beings, let's call them), a small group of friends and the various personal challen...Tiny Bird Garden Deluxe Announcement!Nov 21, 2018 - Community AnnouncementsHello, Everyone! For those who may not know, we’re Daisy Ein and Zap Layden—the indie dev duo that makes up Super Retro Duck! It’s nice to meet you! Thanks for taking the time to check out our game! Tiny Bird Garden Deluxe is… well, it’s a lot of things, haha! I guess it might be best to start from the beginning. On November 15th, 2017, we released Tiny Bird Garden for iOS and Android. Daisy drew the game, and Layden programmed it. We’ve continually updated the game with new content, since then. We were inspired by games like Hit-Point’s Neko Atsume, Skillshot Labs’ Notice Me Senpai, and Nintendo’s Animal Crossing! Our goal was to make a sweet, relaxing game that makes folks smile. As we headed into 2018, we decided that we wanted to adapt the game for desktop, but we didn’t necessarily want it to be a direct port. In addition to making it better suit the platform, it seemed like a great opportunity to explore additional ideas and features! And so, Tiny Bird Garden Deluxe was born! Please check out our gameplay trailer for more info! We’ll share some additional info as we get closer to December 11th! Thank you so much for your interest and support! It means the world to us both! -Daisy and Layden Super Retro Duck
