We assume that this bug is related to recent Windows 10 updates, and we also found that several other GameMaker: Studio based games are experiencing similar problems. To solve this issue, you should run the game in compatibility mode. Please follow the steps below. 1. Navigate to the game folder. 1-1. Right-click the game(SPLIT BULLET) in your Steam library, and select "Properties". 1-2. Click "Local Files" tab and press "Browse Local Files..." button to open folder. 2. Right-click "SPLIT_BULLET.exe" and select "Properties(R)". 3. Move to "Compatibility" tab, and enable "Run this program in compatibility mode for:" checkbox under the "Compatibility Mode" section. (Windows 8 will be set by default, so you won't have to touch the drop-down list.) Since this problem is OS/engine-related, it seems that there's no fundamental solution right now. Following all of the steps above will fix the problem, for now. We apologize for any inconvenience.
