Implemented hidden achievementsJun 14, 2020 - Community AnnouncementsThere were 6 hidden achievements that were not set up completely. With this update they are completely implemented and ready to be unlocked. I hope you have fun unlocking them ːsteamhappyːMajor updateOct 7, 2019 - Community AnnouncementsOk, so for the past couple of months I have been working on the game trying to make more levels and stuff. In this update: 168 new levels, 208 in total. They are now grouped by difficulty in 4 groups: Easy, Medium, Hard and Insane. Each group has 8 episodes (except for Insane, right now it only has 2) Each episode has 8 levels. When you finish all levels in each episode, you get an achievement and all the scores are summed up and you get ranked on the episode leaderboard. When you finish all episodes in the group you also get ranked on the group leaderboard. 8 of the achievements are hidden and still not fully implemented. Will add them in the following days. And some other changes (bug fixes and stuff polishing) that I can't bother to remember Support for Linux + SteamOS No levels were removed and no leaderboards were reset. Your progress is not lost. There may be bugs, because I rushed a bit to release the update, because I delayed it for too long. So if you discover any, please report them asap. Thanks in advance! Peace ✌Update 4Jul 26, 2019 - Community AnnouncementsIn this update: Now physics runs at 100 times per second and the smallest score increment is 0.01 seconds. (Physics used to run at 50 times per second, so the smallest score increment was 0.02s) Added features to the Settings Menu Level Menu redesign TODO: More levels Achievements Character customizations ????? Profit Update 3Jul 11, 2019 - Community AnnouncementsWith this update, the leaderboards are integrated right at the levels menu. Next thing to do is add more levels and figure out a better way to group themPremature Evaluation SlipSlop: World's Hardest Platformer GameJul 9, 2019 - Rock, Paper, Shotgun Premature Evaluation is the weekly column in which Steve Hogarty explores the wilds of early access. This week Steve is still moving house, so Alice Bee is covering for him again by playing SlipSlop, a very simple but horrible platformer. Developer: 0taste Publisher: 0taste Release: Out now (early access) On: Windows From: Steam For: Freeeeeeee! When I was little, I used to eat cubes of jelly. As in, pre-diluted. You know how Hartley s jelly came in oblong packets, and your mum would open it and out flopped the cubes of jelly, like a chocolate bar gone wrong or a future dystopian food supplement. I would sneak one of the cubes away and gnaw on it behind a sofa cushion, like an actual rat. They were the purest form of the jelly! Why bother waiting? And now I suspect that jelly is a sentient whole, like mushrooms are, and knew what was happening every time I removed a cube and diverted it away from its ultimate purpose of becoming jelly, and bided its time. And now revenge is upon me in the form of a free platformer. (more…) Update 2Jul 6, 2019 - Community AnnouncementsTwo notable things in this update: There is now exit confirmation dialog, and you can press ESC in the home screen to exit the game. The home screen level (level 0) is changed a bit. In the beginning, the platform path span is more narrow and it gradually increases until platform 50. This way it should be easier for beginners to learn the game mechanics and score some points. (Your feedback is welcome) Hopefully, more bugs were fixed than created. ːsteamfacepalmːEnd Score BugJun 29, 2019 - Community AnnouncementsHi guys, There was a bug when you die it registers the level as complete and was messing up the best score results and the local save file. ːsteamfacepalmː With the last update the bug is fixed, but the local save file will have to be reset and some leaderboards will have to be reset also. Sorry about that, but the game is in early access and stuff like that can be expected ːsteamsadː
