We fought for the attention of the audience on Kickstarter, got a lot of community support, released a demo version, released a full game and even published a few updates and DLCs. Let’s talk about everything in order. After two years of painstaking development, we decided start crowdfunding. A small step for the team was a huge step for the game. Not everything went smoothly during Kickstarter, but we immediately felt that people needed our project: we got good feedback and ideas from future players, which inspired us to make the game even more interesting. That's when we released the first demo version “Sin Slayers: The First Sin”, that was downloaded more than 100 000 times. At the end of the summer we released alpha and beta versions of the game, closely followed players feedback, were fixing bugs constantly, read bug reports and tested a lot so players could go on an exciting adventure in the Valley of Fallen Sinners in September.
