Primal Reign

Updates on their way...Jun 19, 2017 - Community AnnouncementsAfternoon Players. Just a quick update, after some feedback, we have managed to determine that currently, Primal Reign is to heavy for nVidia GeForce 970 series of graphics cards, and is extremely slow to load on Windows 7. Therefore, we recommend a GeForce 980 at a minimum, with a recommendation of a 10 series and a minimum of Windows 10. We also recognise the slow load speeds for some players when loading the different scenes. Unfortunately, we have to give some obvious advice for this, as we believe we have traced it down to the game running from a "traditional" (for want of a better word) magnetic hard disk drive. We recommend you run the game from an SSD to get much improved level loading times. We are going to work really hard on the next patch to improve this for you all, but we can't promise anything and we will constantly be trying to find ways to improve loading times. So, the next patch, will be titled 1.0.2 - “Primeval Bug Squish Update”. We are aiming for a 14th July or sooner release date, and will include: - Adjustments to the scoring - Adding a survival mode - only score that counts will be time! - Change how you interact with the sword - Make the STG-44 Rifle sound more impressive in game - Some small adjustments to the scoreboard for those watching you play - Re-word the menu scene to make it make more sense - Fix some clipping issues with certain graphics - Replace Vive controllers with the hands in scenes like the T-Rex Game Over scene - Add some more creatures... - Finally, and we want the full details to be a surprise, but we are going to make some updates and do some fixes to the dinosaurs based on some of the feedback so far. We have a full dino based update planned that will bring most if not all your feedback in plus some other tasty bits, but we are bringing a couple of those elements forward. All in all, keep an eye on this patch! We think its turning into a great update for you all. Thank you for playing and keep the feedback and YouTube videos coming, as we do read and watch it all and build your feedback into our designs. Just watch this space, as they'll come a bit at a time in updates and DLC. Thank You All for Playing and we're so glad you're enjoying it.
