Each stage will commence in the safety of a security office, where you will gain access to the cameras in every room, revealing the presence of the eerie Mannequins. As you switch between cameras, the evil Mannequins will subtly change their pose. You can mark the Mannequins by clicking on them. Once you have completed marking, or run out of time, you will venture into the rooms alongside them. Any Mannequins you have previously marked will remain identified, enabling you to navigate through them and find your way to the exit. However, this is just one of the seven gameplay modes available. This time I have introduced different gameplay modes to keep your adventure even more interesting. Modes: Spotting: Observe the Mannequins as they change their poses. Path: Observe the Mannequins' changing poses and draw your path to the exit while everything plunges into darkness. Lights: Observe Mannequins change their poses, and beware of the additional Mannequins. Turning on lights above them will stop them from hurting you. Shadows: Watch out for the Mannequins' mismatched shadows. Placement: The rules are flipped in this mode. The good Mannequins will be positioned differently based on the camera that your viewing, while the Evil ones remain stationary. Looking: If a Mannequin spots the Evil one, it will be looking at it. ?: An unlockable mode, following in the footsteps of Mannequin: The Passing. Each stage is referred to as a contract, and between contracts, you will have access to a secure apartment where you can unwind, kick a ball, and continue your story. Hidden Gems have returned which can be used to change the Mannequins' appearances. Additionally, there is a Free Play mode where you can select your preferred stage, mode, and difficulty. With a total of 20 different stages and 10 different themes, the possibilities for your experience are vast. {STEAM_CLAN_IMAGE}/41912905/a49393f0c4ae7bafe3e211d8b63aca5ea039a640.png Taking into account your invaluable feedback from the first game, I have been focused on enhancing the sequel from its inception. This includes the Story of the game being made from the beginning, guided by two voices throughout the game. I have also made modifications to the difficulty levels. In Mannequin The Passing, playing on Very Easy was still very challenging to new players. Therefore, this time, the clues are much more noticeable, greatly assisting with the game's difficulty. I want to express my sincere gratitude to everyone who played the first game, regardless of whether you liked it or not, and whether you provided feedback or not. Mannequin: The Spotting will be released later this year. Story 2 was difficult to progress due to three reasons. A. The hitbox for you to look at them was small and sometimes wouldn't match their pose. B. They would take 5 - 7 seconds to look at you back. C. There was a chance that if they looked at you but you didn't realize they would not re-show you the hint, thus potentially looking at them forever without knowing it already triggered. This has now been tweaked to be much simpler to progress. The Mannequins will now only take between 2-4 seconds to look at you, the hitbox has been widened and they can look at you more than once. (You still need to make sure that all four do this at one point.) This should make Story Stage 2 easier to progress. Thanks for playing!Announcing Story Mode!Mar 18, 2022 - Community AnnouncementsHey everyone! Mannequin The Passing isn't complete yet! I've been listening to your feedback on the game and have updated it to include a little more content. Introducing Story Mode, this is accessed from the title screen unlocked from the start. Story Mode includes seven stages and tells the story of the mysterious Mannequins and why you're being chased by them. There are objectives to complete for each stage and the randomizing positions of the evil mannequins that are seen in the main game (now called Stage Mode) are still in to add to the challenge. Unlike Stage mode, Story mode does not have adjustable difficulties but rather gets harder as the stages go on. Stage Mode is still the main mode of Mannequin The Passing with the goal of giving you an interesting take on the horror game genre whilst still being randomized to help the replayability. Story mode is located on the title screen to the right (look for the yellow button) You also now walk faster. Thank you for sticking by and playing Mannequin The Passing! Andy, Robot Legs Games.Quick bug fix.Mar 5, 2022 - Community AnnouncementsHey everyone, There was a bug that was preventing a certain unlock from unlocking at level 50. That has now been fixed. Thanks for playing!Mannequin The Passing Out Now!Mar 4, 2022 - Community AnnouncementsGet ready to move, stop, watch and move again in rooms full of mannequins, but be careful... some want to stop you from reaching the end! Make your way through twelve stages with unlockable and customizable difficulties. Mannequin The Passing is a single-player psychological horror game where the only goal is to get from the starting point to the finishing point. Mannequins are along the way to the end, with some being alive and wanting to stop you. The only way to tell which mannequins are villainous is by the subtle (and not so subtle) clues when you're not looking in their direction. Some may move, look, and change their pose as you use your observational skills to get through the game. Move from mannequin to mannequin in a frightening walking experience. Good luck!
