Combat and TutorialsSep 30, 2018 - Community AnnouncementsNew update live, this update adds the basic combat system, though one sided at the moment. Additions and fixes: fixed the walking animation for the boy, you no longer slide around for a bit. you can now hit things with the sword a tutorial level has been added, it is still in development but the main parts are there. Known bugs: While blocking you slide to the left if you are moving or have just stopped moving while holding right click. No enemies have been added yet nor any traps or other hazards. The fox will not pass through the spaces where a door has been if called Future plans: Still no word on how the sound is going so it may be a while away still, ill look into adding some free SFX in the meantime though music might not be added till closer to full-release. Will add in will-o-wisps to show paths around the maps to secrets, they will only be visible to the fox thus making him more useful. Still working on the designs for the first boss and the smaller mobs that you can battle throughout the levels. Thank you to all those who have played or purchased the game thus far and comments or anything you think should be added or fixed would be appreciated Coming soon, Hopefully soonerAug 9, 2018 - Community AnnouncementsThe game currently doesn't have any of the combat or puzzles at the current time nor is the player character out yet, the first hub world is complete minus the above statement doors are now unlock-able once certain scores are obtained scores carry over between levels the first four levels are accessible though no real challenge due to no puzzles or threats are implemented yet Current bugs/problems: pressing E will damage the player, if you get stuck or fall through the water this will kill the character and you will reset the current level though you have a health meter it can exceed what is on the screen so picking up a heart when on full health will give you more max health but you wont be able to see it doors that are initially locked do not display loading screens, they just freeze the shrinking problem in 'sword creation' is still a problem and your created sword will not become held in that level either shield will vary size due to me forgetting to click to tell it to scale to player instead it scales to the size it is when put in the world if any other problems arise please do let me know so i can try to adress them the character model should be done in about a week then i will work on fixing the animations of both the boy and the fox, after that i will work on the enemies and traps, and here and there ill be updating the levels and making them fleshed out and have obstacles to prevent it just being a walk in the park (quite literally) the first boss has already got some concept art on the way so once combat is introduced so will be *THE HALLOWED KING* (i feel like im coping that from somewhere so better names are welcomed as im not too good at naming things) thanks to every one that has followed this Journey for the past year!
