PATCH Alpha v2.2Feb 11, 2019 - Community AnnouncementsPatch: Alpha 2.2 BALANCING: Adjusted the number of enemy airstrikes on an "easy" level. Increased starting credits amount. Increased starting research points. Decreased amount of research points for victory on “easy”; Slightly decreased Boss enemy health. Slightly decreased Command Center health. Adjusted the amount of credits, research points and salvaged inventory you are awarded at the end of each successful mission. GUI: Tooltips are now available in game. Simply press the key to activate them. Nearly all noteworthy mission GUI elements are affected by this change. Modified some buttons in the tutorial section to better visualize separation of functionality. Added temporary icons to the end screen (Victory, Defeat) for quick reference on what you managed to salvage after the battle. Tower upgrade panel now correctly displays the amount of upgrades available. BUG FIXES: Fixed a bug that required you to restart the game in order to create a new game. You are now able to create a new game more easily and as often as you'd like during Alpha development. Fixed a bug where, sometimes you would be unable to complete the level due to enemy count. Of course all feedback is welcome, but keep in mind that this game is in alpha and is in the process of solo development. Expect regular updates, some bigger than others. Maybe. :) Thanks for your patience!PATCH Alpha v1.5Jan 20, 2019 - Community AnnouncementsWHATS NEW? DRONE Completely new overhaul of the "drones" HUD. This is more in line with the futuristic appeal. Tweaked some of the controls to give the drone a little more responsiveness. Drone initiating sequence and visuals have been altered. The drone now overlays the battlefield with grid-lines to give you more of the augmented reality feel. GAME-PLAY The enemy have peppered the field with gray smoke canisters to conceal their movement! You will now see a grayish haze or "Fog of War". This is intentional for now, and in the process of developing better results. A concept of a new enemy combatant (The Tunneler) has been in the works. Tho the Tunneler is not yet implemented in to the game, the concept feature of tunneling is. Your enemy will try to find weak spots in the terrain to achieve their final destination more quickly and quietly. "This is where Radars will come in handy!" TEMPORARY FEATURE If you hit the escape key while in the "Company Overview" UI (Research, Inventory ect...) you will see a button that says "NEW GAME" in the popup menu. By selecting this you will be restart the game as if it was your first time.. except you retain your stats and achievements of course.
