Update 0.5.1909 – Bug Fixes and ImprovementsFeb 15, 2025 - Community AnnouncementsFixed: Now you can scroll through the server list The drone is now destroyed with a single bullet The soldier’s camera angle no longer resets when exiting a vehicle Fixed a bug where players would get stuck in mid-air after a vehicle explosion Bot soldiers no longer disappear after death The boat can now move backward Fixed a bug that allowed looting two drones with a fast click if only one remained in the crate When spawning a Stryker, its camera now always faces forward regardless of the operator’s view Fixed a vehicle sound issue where it was audible everywhere regardless of distance The item pickup animation works again. Added a new animation when holding a rifle Fixed a bug where the drone remained in the inventory when switching items during a throw Upon detonation, the drone no longer knocks players back but instead creates interference Soldiers no longer fly into the sky or teleport upon colliding with a drone When quickly switching network types in the server list, results now display correctly Adjusted the volume of the Stryker – it is now easier to hear Reduced the push force of soldiers – they can no longer move trucks or other vehicles Fixed the "Team Deathmatch" text that extended beyond the UI boundaries Removed repeated damage triggers for vehicles – now the engine sound simply turns off Bot soldiers and vehicles now appear in the kill feed with a neutral white color On the "Trench Wasteland" map, thermal vision now works correctly Fixed a bug where the mission with the APC would not end Changes: Added a check for getting stuck when exiting a vehicle Soldiers can now be run over and killed by vehicles Improved hit registration for weapons Added quick drone launch (activates regardless of inventory selection) on a separate Q key to prevent conflicts with weapon reloading Vehicles now respawn at their designated locations at the start of each round A loading screen is now displayed when creating or joining a server to prevent double clicks The interface is now adapted for different screen formats Vehicles now get destroyed if left unused for more than 90 seconds The kill feed now shows who destroyed a vehicle and all passengers inside when it explodes Update 0.5.1847 — New Map, Vehicles, Weapons & ImprovementsFeb 5, 2025 - Community AnnouncementsNew Map – Pacific Rim Battles now take place among islands, and players can travel between them using boats. A boat can hold two players, but nothing stops you from jumping on top—just don't expect it to always float properly and take you where you need to go. Weapons & Balance Added the AK-12 automatic rifle. Ammo is not replenished yet, and each player has three magazines. Server settings now allow disabling all weapons or limiting combat to knives only. Inventory is now limited to three slots. Drones no longer stack—you can no longer carry three FPV and three strike drones at the same time. Experimental Vehicles A UAZ has been added to the Trenches Wasteland map for fast travel between points. If the vehicle proves popular, we will refine it and add more in the next update. Improvements & Fixes Reworked FPV drone sounds. Fixed a bug that prevented configuring the controller for the operator. Added official dedicated servers. They are currently in test mode and may be unavailable at times. The main game mode remains P2P. Added a new cooperative map: "Silent Waters: Boat Operation". All multiplayer maps now support all game modes. Completely reworked weapon handling animations, resulting in a visual update for soldiers. When creating a server, you can now select multiple maps, which will rotate at the end of each match. Added a first-person view for soldiers. Improved bot aiming and shooting mechanics against drones. Soldiers now use active ragdolls that react to drone impacts. Previously, a death animation played first, keeping soldiers in place. Various minor fixes that we've already forgotten about. In the next update, we plan to: Focus more on single-player missions. Introduce AI-controlled vehicles. Add all single-player mission maps to cooperative mode. Thank you for playing. Your feedback helps make the game better.Update 0.4.1422: New map and Chinese language support addedOct 16, 2024 - Community Announcements{STEAM_CLAN_IMAGE}/44787011/d9250de15585df46ab67414b4c6c2f7ce793b6ec.jpg New map "Mountain Outpost" for Conquest mode. Initially, flying drones with these controllers was almost impossible — the button and axis mappings were so mixed up that it made gameplay extremely difficult. The main issue, however, was the lack of an option to remove button and axis bindings from actions in the game. {STEAM_CLAN_IMAGE}/44787011/eaa79e6b415d3b7950ef4a7063c12ed02d918413.jpg We've now added this functionality, along with a convenient feature to remove all bindings in bulk. As a result, configuring these controllers has become much easier, making flying a much more enjoyable experience. {STEAM_CLAN_IMAGE}/44787011/aedddaa0f2e2c98e994e351631514abf0145435f.jpg Important: Resetting and removing bindings applies only to the currently selected drone or operator and does not affect other configurations.Fix for Occupied Slots After Players Leave the SessionSep 19, 2024 - Community AnnouncementsWe have fixed an issue where slots in the game remained occupied even after players left the session. Now, when a player leaves, the slot is properly freed up, allowing new participants to join the game without any issues.New Conquest mode with the new map Trench WastelandSep 19, 2024 - Community Announcements{STEAM_CLAN_IMAGE}/44787011/1d748af74b0f99082d8ab333cf452f033b6fce45.jpg Conquest Mode In this mode, to win, you need to capture and hold the majority of control points, preventing enemy penetration and stopping their assault attempts. Trench Wasteland Map This map is specially designed for the new mode and features 5 capture points. There are vast open fields between the points, so you'll need to cover some distance, which is quite dangerous as drones circle overhead. Chat In multiplayer (except for co-op), voice and text chats have been introduced — both general and team chat. For the scout class, only team voice chat is available. To mute a player, open the scoreboard, right-click, hover over the player’s name, and click on the speaker icon. To mute all players, set the voice chat volume to 0 in the audio settings. Control Buttons: B (D-Pad Left) — Team Voice Chat V (D-Pad Right) — General Voice Chat Y — Team Text Chat U — General Text Chat To hide the text chat, you can use the hotkey T or disable it in the gameplay settings. {STEAM_CLAN_IMAGE}/44787011/165fabc82a8cf8b72d0cddbbd23f8bfd045ecb81.jpg Others Strike drone crates with VOG grenades have been added, but there are not many of them, so you'll need to search. You can carry up to 3 FPV drones and 3 strike drones at the same time. Use the mouse wheel (or LB, RB on a gamepad) to switch between drones. The active section is now highlighted in the game settings. It's now possible to disable controller support for soldiers and drones. In this case, a regular gamepad will be used if connected. A new Graphics Settings option has been added to the video settings for bulk adjustments. You can now reset the control settings for each type of drone separately without affecting other control settings. The enemy soldiers' weapon spread has been increased. The session browser has been improved for better gamepad navigation and now displays more server settings. The glasses animation has been fixed, and they now fit the face properly. The character's movement speed has been reduced while aiming down sights (ADS). Multiplayer in the Game. Update 0.3.1222.Aug 30, 2024 - Community AnnouncementsThe game now features multiplayer support for up to 10 players. You can now enjoy three game modes: Cooperative Mode – Three maps with infantry from single missions are available, where you and your friends will fight together. Elimination Mode – You have one life per round, and the team that eliminates all opponents first wins. The game starts with a minimum of 4 players. Team Deathmatch – Respawn as many times as you like, and victory goes to the team that reaches the set number of eliminations first. The game starts regardless of the number of participants. Multiplayer uses a P2P architecture, where the server is the player who created the session. If the host ends the game, the session ends for everyone. Your gameplay experience largely depends on the host's connection quality. Dedicated server support is planned for the future if the community shows interest in multiplayer. In the online game, you will need to search for ammo in crates scattered around the map, which replenish every 30-60 seconds. The maximum number of FPV drones you can carry is three. The Scout Drone can now move around the map. Visually, it still looks like a strike drone but is distinguished by a different sound. A new model will be added later. The scout also now has a thermal imager, available in both offline mode and multiplayer, with the option to disable it for hardcore gameplay. The scout's flight altitude is limited to avoid interfering with combat. In single-player mode, there is no longer an explicit enemy count. Instead, you have a thermal imager, and the commander will notify you when all enemies have been eliminated. The explosive system has been reworked to improve detonation reliability. Additional game optimization has also been done, which should significantly improve FPS. Now, NPC soldiers behave more aggressively, opening fire with greater intensity and accuracy. For convenience, all types of drones and the operator are now separated into tabs in the control settings, and each has its own axis settings. The names of all control buttons have also been changed for easier understanding. We recommend checking the controls before starting the game, especially for the drone operator. Various old bugs have been fixed, but as is often the case, new bugs and issues may arise. We look forward to feedback from the gaming community to further improve the game. Enjoy the game!Update 0.2.3Jul 7, 2024 - Community Announcements{STEAM_CLAN_IMAGE}/44787011/3bfece52032c121e721b675b4585986d994e7ee5.jpg New Map "Airfield" A new map has been added to the game, representing a military airfield. On the airfield, enemy planes are stationed and covered by anti-aircraft guns, making them difficult to destroy. Players are advised to first destroy the anti-aircraft guns or disable their operators using VOGs or grenades. AI Soldier Behavior Changes AI soldiers now have a better understanding of their environment and actively use cover for protection. Other Changes Main Menu: The mission list is now vertically aligned for convenience, and an additional confirmation window for loading has been added to prevent accidental loads. Soldier Physics: Improved ragdoll physics after death. Performance: Transition to a new engine version has improved performance due to multithreading support, but this is not guaranteed. Despite this, some related issues have been resolved. If you encounter any new problems or bugs, we welcome your feedback. Future Plans We continue to work on improving AI and optimizing gameplay based on player feedback. We read all comments, Discord messages, and emails. We strive to implement most suggestions into the game, but we cannot promise specific timelines.Update 0.2.2 - New map "Quiet Waters: Water OperationMar 29, 2024 - Community Announcements{STEAM_CLAN_IMAGE}/44787011/781d528a37ecd60b387ed1dba96ef224fe772a45.jpg The new map "Quiet Waters: Water Operation" offers you to try yourself in the role of a drone operator in the challenging conditions of fog. You need to detect and destroy 10 enemy sabotage groups trying to cross the river in boats. Other changes: Lighting has been adjusted, shadows are no longer pitch black Now, with strong interference, you can lose control of the drone Fixed a bug that caused the Striker to collide with its own ammunition with its blades Now, to avoid collision, when launching a new drone, the previous one disappears if it is nearby Various minor fixes Update 0.2.1 - Optimization and Bug FixesFeb 23, 2024 - Community Announcements{STEAM_CLAN_IMAGE}/44787011/65872a8274dc206aca22c2ea2e7a03ad83972bb5.jpg Map optimization has been conducted, ensuring higher loading speeds and an increase in FPS. A T72 tank moving along an asphalt road has been added to the first map. Localization errors have been corrected. The issue where the Striker UI overlapped the settings menu has been resolved. The scout's gaze direction at the map start has been corrected. The blast radius of the thermobaric munition has been reduced by 1.5 times. Update 0.2Feb 8, 2024 - Community AnnouncementsWhat's New: A new type of drone, the "Striker," designed for dropping ammunition, has been introduced. Two types of ammunition are available for drops: grenade launcher rounds and hand grenades. The Striker is capable of carrying two grenade launcher rounds simultaneously. The kamikaze drone now has the option to choose from ammunition types. Three types of ammunition are now available: shaped charge, fragmentation, and thermobaric. Each type possesses unique damage characteristics and specific explosion effects, making the choice of projectile critically important for inflicting damage on infantry and equipment. A drone configuration feature has been added, allowing the selection of drone types and ammunition both from the main menu and directly during mission execution. Adjusting the camera's view angle and field of view (FOV) is now available in the drone settings section. New detailed trenches have appeared on the game maps. Biomes on all available maps of the eastern ridge have been reworked. The "Infantry in Trenches" map has been enriched with a more branched network of trenches and an increased number of enemy infantry. The "Sabotage Group" map has seen an increase in the size of the populated area and the number of personnel of the sabotage-reconnaissance group. Models of soldiers and weapons have been replaced with more detailed ones. Rifle shooting has been introduced: now, when a drone enters the visibility or hearing range of soldiers, they will open fire with small arms. Pipeline collision issues on the training map have been fixed, shaders for transparent materials have been readjusted for a more accurate rendering of smoke effects, and a system for simulating the impact wave affecting the environment has been added. The sound characteristics of armored vehicles have also been improved. Notes: With the introduction of a new type of drone and a variety of ammunition, numerous changes have been made, previous errors have been corrected, and, likely, new ones have emerged. The Striker has a relatively arcade flight mode, as the flight controller was developed in just a few days. Currently, soldiers can run through walls and get stuck in trenches, and their shooting leaves much to be desired. Despite this, a solid foundation has been laid for further development of the game and the improvement of the artificial intelligence of soldiers and equipment. In the upcoming updates, we plan to focus on adding new maps and developing artificial intelligence. We are excited to share the latest development newsJan 10, 2024 - Community Announcements{STEAM_CLAN_IMAGE}/44787011/b3d6bba110b904d744384ea1692cc95f3cdae715.gif The kamikaze drone model is complete. It will be visible after an update that will add the functionality to select ammunition for attacks. Currently, we are developing a drone with a drop device, which will add new possibilities for strategy and tactics. We are actively working on improving the intelligence of soldiers, so that each new playthrough offers a new experience and is different from the previous one. Work continues on creating two new maps in the "Eastern Ridge" and "Middle East" regions. The approximate time for the completion of these current tasks is the end of January.Expanding Capabilities, Rectifying Shortcomings, and Our PlansDec 26, 2023 - Community AnnouncementsChanges: A frame rate limit option has been added to the graphics settings. Set the limit to 30-60 frames for the comfortable operation of your graphics card. A re-binding function for Roll and Pitch has been added to the keyboard layout. Issues with key remapping have been fixed. Errors in the display of bound buttons after resetting settings have been corrected. Collisions on the training map have been fixed; for example, it is now possible to fly through the cabin of a Kamaz truck. Soldiers in underwear and colorful weapons have been removed. The drone can now land without breaking, with damage only possible in case of collision with the blades. On the "Training" map, the start begins from the ground, while on other maps the start remains airborne. A tip has been added during auto-calibration about the necessity to set the sticks to the central position. In the gameplay settings, it's possible to change the angle and FOV of the camera, with changes applied to the next spawned drone. A sound effect has been added for the drone during Roll. Current Work: Work is ongoing on the artificial intelligence of soldiers, to make them react to the approach of a drone, flee, hide, and open fire. The "Aerodrome" map is being created in the "Eastern Ridge" region. Development of the first map in the "Middle East" region. Implementation of a new enemy skills system to create complex behavior scenarios. Creation of new drone models, including kamikaze drones and drones equipped with ammunition dropping devices. Our Plans: To develop a realistic artificial intelligence for the enemy. To add the ability to transport personnel on vehicles, which can disembark upon attack. To redesign existing maps in the "Eastern Ridge" region with new AI for soldiers and vehicles. Creation of maps in the "Middle East" region. Development of special operation maps with unique tasks. * Consideration is being given to clarifying the game's lore to give players a clear understanding of who they are fighting for and against. This could be a classic confrontation between the USA and Russia, or fictional sides of the conflict. The game's goal is to show the realities of modern warfare, focusing on the use of drones and nothing else. {STEAM_CLAN_IMAGE}/44787011/06e9f8e7bff3a8497f1aadf25a9ae422d0abaad9.jpg {STEAM_CLAN_IMAGE}/44787011/c6612c68005eaef752c7927ed2ab2bfb00277092.jpg {STEAM_CLAN_IMAGE}/44787011/6729b039640b7d6ce23bcdb316e11246fe726230.jpgEnhanced Keyboard and Mouse Control, Bug FixesDec 19, 2023 - Community Announcements{STEAM_CLAN_IMAGE}/44787011/a3fa1bc32af867dba50faf39ebbf60f0b9e64654.png The latest update to "FPV Kamikaze Drone" significantly enhances control using the keyboard and mouse.
