The latest version of the game adds Aleister and Jacquine, two new Exemplars from Fallen Legion Revenants, as playable characters. You’ll also see new hand drawn illustrations for both Princess Cecille and the Legate’s stories. We heard from PC players that they would like to have keyboard mapping and we added it in along with support for more controllers plus gamepad remapping. Fallen Legion: Rise to Glory also supports Twitch interactivity and you can let Twitch chat decide the fate of Fenumia. When Twitch Interactivity is enabled, your viewers can type these commands in Twitch chat: {STEAM_CLAN_IMAGE}/31247536/6c0b0c0c2a0277d7870eef516771b7f564aeaf7e.png !Pick red – chooses the red decision and buff !Pick blue – chooses the blue decision and buff !Pick green – chooses the green decision and buff The game will select a final story choice from the player’s choice and all of Twitch chat’s choices and the story continues from there. This build was a major update for Fallen Legion: Rise to Glory based on the PlayStation 5 and Xbox versions of the game. We included the Fallen Legion+, the original PC release, and the previous version of Fallen Legion: Rise to Glory as separate, unaltered games in the same directory. Rise to Glory uses a different codebase than Fallen Legion+ and integrating the extra content led to bugs. We were determined to do it and the sole programmer that built Fallen Legion: Rise to Glory for Nintendo Switch rebuilt the game for PC. If you have Fallen Legion+, you also have Fallen Legion: Rise to Glory! If you want to play the original release, Fallen Legion+, please go to the directory where the game is installed and run fallenlegion.exe. The update adds fallenlegion-rtg.exe which plays Fallen Legion: Rise to Glory. Unfortunately, save data is incompatible between the two versions. Fallen Legion: Rise to Glory has: - Five bonus playable characters including the elusive Succubus pictured here. - Face the Alarune, Prince Thuradal and Ignis in new boss battles. - More levels and story branches. - A Japanese voiceover option starring Shizuka Ishikami as Cecille, Hidenori Takahashi as the Legate, Kengo Kawanishi as the Grimoire, Ai Kakuma as Antoinette and Shinya Fukumatsu as Maurice. - English, Japanese, Korean, Simplified Chinese, and Traditional Chinese language options. We also tweaked the code base to squash bugs and improve the game’s framerate and performance for PC. Tweaks: - The combat core was reprogrammed to be a lot smoother. - Player deathblows and enemy spells have a better framerate on PC. - Projectiles and ranged attacks are smoother too. - Fixed a bug where the game could have a soft lock during dialogue sequences while running in windowed mode. - Fixed a bug where Swift Accelerando gemstones would not show correctly in some languages.
