The monsters of the Soul Realm pose a new challenge. Make your way to the top floor and conquer the leaderboards! Grab a cup of your favorite beverage, and let’s take a closer look at the latest update. Soul Realm A new instance has appeared in the game - the Soul Realm, available to characters of level 60 and higher. Talk to Nite the Scientist to start exploring. He can be found standing in Vallund at coordinates (1014, 1013). Upon completing a short questline, the weird old man will give you 15 Bronze Soul Realm Keys, which will come in handy in the new dungeon. {STEAM_CLAN_IMAGE}/36372448/4cd816fc9371ba649877dca57129d76dbcc22d26.png The instance itself requires you to form/join a squad of 5 to conquer multiple levels (floors). You could go at it alone, but keep in mind - this is going to be anything but a cakewalk! You will initially have access to 56 floors, but over time their number and difficulty will increase. Each of the Soul Realm floors will require you to kill a certain number of monsters to fill the progress bar before the timer runs out. In addition to mobs, the floors are littered with dangerous obstacles. Observant adventurers can also find mysterious chests, which, when opened, grants a temporary boost… or they can turn out to be just another trap. Upon a successful run, you can move to the next floor with the help of teleportation stones. On every 4th level, a boss will be waiting for you. Having defeated the big bad, you will save your dungeon progress for this season and can then start from the next floor if you leave the dungeon early or fail one of the later levels. Use the newly summoned portal to get to the next floor after killing the boss. You don't have to immediately continue your journey though and can choose the option to retake the challenge. This will allow you to tackle the previous four stages again and even defeat the same boss (a new Bronze Soul Realm Chest Key will drop, but the Amolites will not). {STEAM_CLAN_IMAGE}/36372448/561d684ad4140d41aa2f72b9140eeacf8677ac23.png You will receive 2 Amolites for completing normal levels and 3 Amolites for defeating bosses. The boss can consist of just one strong opponent or several elite monsters. After killing each boss, a Bronze Chest appears, which can be opened with the corresponding key. Bronze Keys can be purchased with Amolites from Nite in advance or received as a reward for squad performance. The Bronze Chests may yield Soul Realm equipment and useful resources. After killing a boss, there is also a small chance that you will find a Diamond Soul Realm Chest in your inventory, which can be opened with a corresponding key. You can get a Diamond Soul Realm Chest Key from the accumulated Merit dungeon rewards, squad performance rewards, or buy it directly from the Elir Store. This chest is temporary and will disappear if it isn’t opened within the next 12 hours. Time to exchange regular tea and cookies for hot chocolate and marshmallows... While we are at it, let’s take a look at the new content added to the game with today’s update! PETS FOR RENT A completely new mechanic will now allow you to rent a unique pet! To access this feature, talk to Angelina in Vallund and select the “Pets” option. You will notice a new Cryptid — a daring penguin named Pew-Pew, who can be rented for as long as you need him for only 12 500 Gold per day. The rental period can also be extended at any moment directly from the Pets menu. {STEAM_CLAN_IMAGE}/36372448/78654af46f03a02192ef1488f81e1612a293f052.png Before renting Pew-Pew, you will need to select one of the five available skill presets, each of which comes with six skills of different types: wind, ice, fire, light, or solar flare. Unlike other pets, Pew-Pew cannot use skill books to learn new abilities. Instead, he can easily switch between skill presets by spending 20 000 Gold in the Pets menu. All six of the penguin’s skills will always be Advanced and although he cannot wear pendants, you can equip Pew-Pew with all the other sorts of equipment. BATTLEFIELDS CHANGES Matchmaking can now be performed for two separate modes: Training and Celestial. While fighting on a Celestial battlefield, your character will enjoy all of the unique stat bonuses granted by their equipment, spirit, tactical training, and totems they have equipped and upgraded, as well as special battle talents, a new feature which we will explore in greater detail further down below. Participating in Celestial Battles will yield even more rewards than usual, while the Training Battlefields are more suitable for newer characters as the buffs listed above do not apply here, making sure that all players have an equal chance at victory. {STEAM_CLAN_IMAGE}/36372448/4740629c2de81ab3089debfb7e62e695b7dd19b0.png BATTLE SEASONS AND TALENTS A new "Battle Talent" tab has been added to the skills menu, useful for increasing your character’s power in PvP. Raise your battle level as you defeat enemies on Legendary Battlefields or in Adynar during the current Battle Season and obtain the resources necessary for upgrading battle talents: talent points and talent experience. Additionally, these types of resources are granted upon reaching certain combat levels, such as level 3, 7, 10, 20, 30, 40, and finally 50. If you wish, you can buy even more materials with Gold or Elirs. Talents are passive skills that provide stat bonuses such as increased health, attack, armor, elemental damage, crit rate, etc. Please note that talent bonuses only apply during PvP battles, namely in the following activities: Legendary Battlefields, Adynar, Dragon's Eye, Arena, the Elite Competition, as well as anywhere on the Lava Rift map. {STEAM_CLAN_IMAGE}/36372448/5666b989e18e131406e7db2b7723192c335d5f05.png Talents are divided into 2 categories: Basic and Special. There are a total of 13 Basic Talents (can be viewed on the left side of the window). To unlock a level 1 talent, you will need to reach a certain combat level as well as collect the required amount of talent points and talent experience. You can then level up the newly acquired talent by pouring more experience into it, boosting its corresponding stat bonus. Additional talent points may be required to upgrade a talent to levels 4 and 5. Special Talents are located on the right side of the Talents screen. 2 special talent slots are available at the start and new ones can be unlocked by increasing the character’s combat level. You can select between 2 to 6 various talents to be placed in every individual slot. Essences are required for upgrading Special Talents and can be extracted from talent points in the same tab. You can purchase additional special talent sets in order to have different setups for fulfilling various combat roles (you will not have to extract the essence again to reuse the same talents). Players can s...Battle pass and much moreSep 8, 2020 - Community AnnouncementsHeroes! A fresh update is here! What changes did it bring to the vast expanses of Terrasia? More time to partake in activities! By popular demand, more time slots have been added for various in-game activities. Many of the events that hitherto were only available in the evening will now be accessible during the day as well! As always, please refer to the Chaos Crystal or the in-game calendar to learn the exact date and time for any particular activity. Please also note that the max number of possible rewards wasn’t modified, meaning that it will not be possible to collect twice as much loot by participating in the same event multiple times on the same day. Battle Pass Join the ranks of Leonkur defenders! Complete tasks to earn garrison experience and level up your Battle Pass. Click the corresponding battle by your character’s portrait in the upper left corner of the screen to access the event’s interface. There are 125 levels in total and you will be rewarded for conquering every 5 of them. In addition to normal bounty, players can spend Elirs to unlock extra valuable loot, plus the earned Garrison points can be spent in a special store accessible from the same menu. Battle Pass seasons correspond to Heroic instances seasons. Previously cleared levels will be reset upon the start of a new season, so don’t forget to spend the accumulated Garrison points in time! Class store Regular in-game activity will now yield a special kind of currency known as Mentor Recognition and useful for purchasing various items from the corresponding class mentor NPC in Vallund. Mentor Recognition can be earned by visiting the class mentor, opening the ultimate daily activity chest, as well as for finishing Chaos instances. Please note that there is a limit on how much of this type of currency can be earned per day (100 Recognition) and per week (226 Recognition) from Chaos instances! We are pleased to announce that Eternal Magic is now available in Russian, and Terrasia is ready to host a new generation of adventurers on the Russian-language Atria server! Additionally, most regional locks on in-game servers have been lifted. Please note, however, that the entrance to certain servers will still be limited by the client’s current language settings. You may only be able to access the RU server “Atria” while using the Russian version of the client, while access to the EU server “Andromeda” and the NA server “Sagittarius” will be restricted to the users of the English version of the client. When you first start the game, the default language selection depends on the user’s current system language settings. If your OS is using Russian by default, the game will start in Russian. Any other system language settings will currently default to English. Upon launching the game, you will now see the "Language" option on the server selection screen and will be able to switch freely between the EN/RU versions. Should you choose to adjust these settings, the application will need to restart for the changes to take effect. Important: Steam uses a different form of authorization, so if you have already played on the 101XP platform, your characters will not be available.
