Patchnotes v1.0 --- Out of EA --- New GameFeb 16, 2021 - Community AnnouncementsOut of EA Hey people, Defend Them is now out of EA and has achievements. One year of EA and 89 sold games (most for less than a dollar), it´s not really much, but it was my first game, so it would be okay and maybe the most didn´t bought it yet, because of EA. The patchnotes are not very long, I have only changed the level-loadscreen from "press tab" to "hold tab" (it´s more clear) and added steam achievements. There are also points now available, to show in screenshots and compare with friends, maybe I want add later the official steam-ladders support, but currently I have no idea, how and it was not my most important steam feature which was needed ^^ Say me what you think about this. New Game There is now also a new game available to wishlist, called Biomes: https://store.steampowered.com/app/1550150/Biomes_Survival_Era/ I have started it when I was disappointed with the sales of my first game. It is a survival with more realistic graphics, I were working on at the last 8 months. It want be a mix of 2 successful survivals, ARK (the dinosaur game) and 7 Days to Die (the zombie game). But the first version would only bring basic survival mechanics, maybe a little bit more, let´s see how much I can do in my spare time. There are more genres planned to mix, but currently I don´t want to announce them. It was always my dream to develop a survival game, I have started some years ago, another survival, but then I realized, that I had not enough experience with programming, so I canceled it and started later, Defend Them, after learning more stuff... Bad News Hey guys, I have bad news, the game was sold only 14 times in 6 months, that´s why I was waiting so long to bring another update out... The game want get changed a little bit, some stuff want get removed and planned stuff want never come into the game. In next months I want add some achievements to the game, but then it´s finished and no more updates are planned. I was a little bit lazy the last month, maybe because of partially working 16 hours per day in last months, or because of corona or because of the only 5 buyers of my game... Coins are multiplied by enemies level on the current map and a random amount of 5-30. For each 25% the objectives health got decreased, the rewards are getting lowered (items by rarity and coins by amount).
