After writing over 100 emails I eventually ran out of keys. I will not generate another 100 keys. This giveaway was meant to be on last "Thank you!" from me to those, who were honestly interested in the game. I never expected that there were so many out there. I got confirmation that the game will be taken down on Monday, 19th. A couple of you folks were apologetic about contacting me, asking for a key. Why? I gave out 100 copies of my first ever game to people all over the world. Isn't that awesome?! Even though Battle Forever will no longer be available, I'm glad to know that I made at least a few of you a little happier. Truly an unexpected farewell celebration and a perfect and positiv possibility for a fresh restart on September 6th. I hope I'll see at least some of you. Yesterday I got an e-mail, asking me to make the game available for purchase in more countries, before taking it down. That was one request more, than I expected, to be honest. So: If you want the game, just contact me via my e-mail adress. It would be way easier to make the game free, but I literally can't (probabaly because it wasn't free from the start). I don't want to take money for it. If you - for whatever reason - want to play that game before it's gone, I'm honeslty flattered. But go out and spent that dollar on a cheeseburger or something. Battle Forever will be taken down within the next couple of days, since my new game will be released soon. Setting the new release up takes a lot of precious time, if you know what I mean. Thanks again and have an awesome day! Battle Forever will be removed from SteamAug 15, 2019 - Community AnnouncementsHello folks, I decided to remove Battle Forever from Steam. This was the first game I've ever created completely on my own. But in retrospective: It is not a good game. And most importantly: It is not what I am able to deliver. A lot of things changed in the last 3 years. This includes my skills as a game developer and programmer. I've gotten a lot better at doing this stuff and I don't want to throw shade on my new project by letting Battle Forever online. I could just leave it here, but you can find way better flashgames anywhere else on the internet. There is simply no point in keeping it here. Thanks to anyone who supported me. PS: Yes, I am aware of the fact that the "Forever"-Part of the title is quite ironic in that regard. :D Dennis Dirschka Inferno
