Before doing any adjustments, our dev team has been testing again and again. When the EP is similar, the winning rate of the Elementalist and Dragoon is relatively lower. Since the hit counts of their skills are lower, the damage is easy to be blocked by the shield of their opponent. In the adjustment this time, we have increased the hit counts of each skill, so all the classes have the same total hit counts. This would help raise the hit rate of skill, and make it easier to trigger the attacking buff.
