Fixed an issue with the text on the "General Brock" card. Fixed an issue with the "General Brock" card so that it now works correctly (Canadian Militia ignore flee). Fixed the "Publication Ban" card so that it now lets you place additional fled units in Rome after the card has been played. Fixed an issue with cities/forts name toggle. Fixed an issue which could cause the incorrect units to be placed during the Enlistments phase. Fixed the Enlistments for American Regulars so 3 are now placed in Albany instead of 2. Fixed the "Ambush" card so that it now correctly lets the British have the first turn in battle after assigning the 2 hits to the American side.
