The Seasonal Journey is the culmination of all the work of past years and all the free updates we've added to the game. This new feature makes all seven previously released Seasons available at the same time for everyone (for free of course). You are now able to pick a Season on the character creation screen from the very first fire-centric Season of Inferno to the most recent ones, and create a Seasonal character for that particular Season. The Seasonal Journey - including the to-date unreleased Seasons 6 and 7 - is soon coming to consoles as well! Check out our announcement trailer for the Seasonal Journey here! That's not all, though. We've been hinting at a surprise for a while now, and today is the day we'll finally come forward with it! We were glad to see that you have enjoyed the Sororitas Class as much as we did, and this enthusiasm has inspired us to create something new for Warhammer 40,000: Inquisitor - Martyr. We are happy to announce that a new class DLC will be available later this year, namely, the Hierophant Class! You will assume the role of an Inquisitor who can call in multiple acolytes to form a squad. Use your faith and authority to inspire your acolytes to carry out the Emperor's will, manage them like a true leader, and teach the Imperium's truth to all the heretics in the Caligari sector! We will reveal more details in the time leading up to the release, we hope you will like the new features and abilities! And until so, THE EMPEROR PROTECTS1 Day Left until the Seasonal Journey!Jan 29, 2024 - Community AnnouncementsAll hands on deck, Inquisitors! Tomorrow marks the dawn of a new era in Warhammer 40,000: Inquisitor - Martyr as the Seasonal Journey kicks off. Have you missed out on the Season of Escalation? Do you have an ever-burning regret of not reaching the Heroic Tier V in the Season of Inferno? Interested in yet another season? Starting tomorrow, anything will be possible. Create your characters and decide which adventure you want to take part in! Servers will undergo maintenance and go offline at 10:00 AM CET as we prepare to roll out the update. The wait is nearly over! Get yourselves ready, for the Emperor wills it so.End-of-Season Maintenance on January 18th, 10AM CEST / 4AM EST & Closure DetailsJan 17, 2024 - Community AnnouncementsFellow Inquisitors! Season 7 will come to an end tomorrow, January 18th. Starting at 10AM CEST / 4AM EST servers will not be available for a while, as they will be undergoing maintenance. Although the upcoming Seasonal Journey isn't your usual continuation of Seasons, the maintenance period won't differ from previous such periods. As a little refresher we compiled the ins and outs of the mid-seasonal logistics below: First of all, after the Season of Malediction ends, there will be a nearly two-week period to allow players to sort out their merged gear and characters and prepare for the new tasks. Seasonal characters will simply become non-seasonal, regular characters, so you will be able to keep playing with them. The items you have on your characters, stash, and inventory will also be transferred over to non-season. Seasonal items with special names and enchants will remain - you might find some use to their special enchants during upcoming events! The rewards tied to the Season of Malediction - such as the Store discount bonuses - will not be carrying over. The remaining Seasonal Shards that your character may still possess, while not dropping or being craftable anymore, will be carried through into non-season, however. Currencies like Credits and Fate will simply be merged into non-season. It is time to buy all that extra stuff with the goods you have earned! Crafting materials will be merged as well. Speaking of crafting, your blueprint charges on Seasonal characters should add up to your non-seasonal charges. All your unlocked blueprints, and Inoculator unlocks should be carried over safely as well. Aside of items and crafting, Campaign and assignment progress is going to be carried over as well, of course, along with Ordo and Influence unlocks. Your Heroic Deeds that you have unlocked on your Seasonal Inquisitor should now be unlocked on your regular characters. Heroic Deed progress should be carried over and added to your existing progress, so you may get some additional unlocks! Tarot Card progress should work somewhat differently: Unlocked tarot cards will be carried over, but for the cards in progress, the player will receive the same amount of tarot card items instead. Tarot Seals will simply be carried over and merged into non-Season. Your active missions should remain as they are, such as Intels and Void Crusades. When all this happens, there should be a longer maintenance period so we can ensure that everything is transferred over correctly. After this period ends, there will be two weeks of inter-Seasonal time so you can freely sort out your characters and stash. Stay tuned for the all-inclusive Seasonal Journey, kicking off on January 30th, where you can experience the hardships and grueling challenges of all our previous seasons! The emperor protects!Announcing Inquisitor - Martyr: Seasonal JourneyJan 11, 2024 - Community AnnouncementsInquisitors, Hope you all had a great holiday season, had time to play some video games and also found time to purge some heretics. Let's jump into the new year with some fresh news about Warhammer 40,000: Inquisitor - Martyr, straight from the Emperor's Throne Room. Season of Malediction will end on January 18 and this will mark the beginning of a new era on PC, more precisely on January 30. The current Season was the final one and it will be followed by something really special, called the Seasonal Journey. The Seasonal Journey is the culmination of all the work of past years and all the free updates we've added to the game. This new feature will make all seven previously released Seasons available at the same time for everyone (for free of course). You'll be able to pick a Season on the character creation screen. From the very first fire-centric Season of Inferno to the most recent ones and create a Seasonal character for that particular Season. Watch the trailer for Seasonal Journey here! All Seasonal features, all Season specific items, all unique abilities and Seasonal objectives will be in the game again, this time permanently. Joined the community at a later stage and missed one of the earlier Seasons or had a really favorite build during one of the past Seasons? Now here's the chance to experience it for the first time or to return to it once again. Check out our Compendium for more details on these Seasons! As a reminder, the previously announced offline mode, as promised, is coming soon. The Seasonal Journey can also be considered a kind of preparation for the offline mode with all past content made available. And the journey will definitely continue after this as we have some really cool surprises left for Martyr still! As always: The Emperor protects!NeocoreGames in 2023 & Steam Winter Sale!Dec 22, 2023 - Community AnnouncementsGather around Inquisitors, as we sit by the campfire (slow-roasting heretics of course), looking back on the past year at our company. While we have not released a new game in 2023, it was still a very productive and exciting year for our existing games and our future projects. Our ever-expanding action-RPG Warhammer 40,000: Inquisitor – Martyr continued to receive updates both on the PC and consoles, Season of the Empyrean Echoes and Season of Judgement for the PlayStation and Xbox, and Season of Malediction for PC. We participated in the Warhammer Skulls celebration in May, adding an in-game event for the duration as well. This has become a nice tradition that we wish to continue. Sororitas Class was released on all console versions too, so finally everybody can play an Inquisitor with the Adepta Sororitas background. This DLC has proven to be quite popular, even a new class can bring new life to a game released in 2018 – still going strong! The game was re-bundled with all the DLCs and expansions for Steam, titled the Definitive Edition, but it doesn’t mean that the game is all wrapped up! We are now working on the much-requested offline mode and some other improvements as well, and you will learn about them very soon… in 2024. Which is not far away! There are obviously a bunch of other things that we can’t talk about yet, but we can happily confirm that we, a game development studio, are currently working on video games. Big surprise there. All jokes aside, we look forward to the future with hope and excitement. Our slowly growing, RPG-loving studio is here to stay, determined to learn from your feedback and deliver even better games in the following years. We already had our company holiday dinner (coincidentally, at a place called "Steam Bistro"), so what's left for us is just to take a few days off, play some games with our loved ones, maybe delve into the Steam Winter Sale - you can find our games there on a deep discount! This is our last update for 2023, and this is the time for us to wish you a Joyous Holiday Season and a Happy New Year! See you in 2024!Steam Autumn SaleNov 21, 2023 - Community AnnouncementsInquisitors! The leaves have fallen, and so are our prices. The Steam Autumn Sale has officially launched! You have until 7pm CEST / 1pm EDT to join in on the Purge Your name is being called upon by the Emperor, will You answer?Regarding Availability and Online FunctionalityOct 6, 2023 - Community AnnouncementsInquisitors, With our recent sale of Warhammer 40,000: Inquisitor - Martyr Definitive Edition many of you wondered whether this might be a sign of imminent delisting or some kind of ceasing of online services. This is absolutely, definitely not the case. We believe in preserving our work for future players, so Warhammer 40,000: Inquisitor - Martyr is not going to be delisted nor become unusable. This is true for all DLCs also. The game was conceived as an online experience and it was presented in an online mode for a reason. However, we'd also like to ensure that everybody can play, so naturally, we have plans to add an offline mode sometime in the near future, with an additional surprise! In short: Warhammer 40,000: Inquisitor - Martyr will not be purged from existence. There's one simple reason for this: The Emperor Protects.W40k: Inquisitor - Martyr - Definitive Edition & Sale!Oct 2, 2023 - Community AnnouncementsInquisitors, We're pleased to announce that we have released Warhammer 40,000: Inquisitor - Martyr Definitive Edition.
