Today we're bringing you a new way to test yourself against the power of the Horde. We've redesigned The Wave Attack game mode to be faster and more replayable. You'll start each round with the base equipment. Every time you beat a wave, you'll get a random selection of options to upgrade or swap one piece of your gear. To make all this possible, Home Island got a nice makeover. Plus, the new Double Damage Potion will help you rack up those multi kills! We've also added Steam Leaderboards to tell us who's the best Orc Hunter out there! Update 29 Notes New: Redesigned Horde Attack mode - Fight your way through the Horde while upgrading your items! Added global leaderboards for Horde Attack mode. Damage numbers now appear upon successful attack. Get your hands on the new Double Damage potion to gain an edge in a fight! Redesigned Menu for more simplicity and speed. Redesigned Home Island for looks (yay!) and better layout during Horde Attack. Changes: Increased damage gained per upgrade level for dual crossbows. Throwing darts now deal armor piercing damage to make them a worthy option on higher levels. Bugfixes: Fixed a bug where orcs would sometimes get stuck in falling animation after touching the ground. We're also adding some game flow improvements with new explosive barrels and new element for our level creation algorithm. Update 28 Notes New: Orcs scattered Explosive barrels around the Broken Islands to use to their advantage... or so they plan. Added new tile to level building algorithm - the broken portal island. Added a setting to flip hands controlling locomotion. Changes: Throwing darts will now have aim assist when thrown to make them easier to use. They also travel faster. "Mom, get the camera!" Achievement now requires you to hit an enemy with a dart from 20m instead of 50m. Moneyshot crossbow gained new, meaty sound. Previously, when taking too much damage, Players had to retreat and wait to regenerate health. This limited the pace of the engagements and promoted overly cautious play. This time, we're introducing instant Health Potions and Power Potions that drop from killed enemies during combat. These give the Player constant boost of health and weapon power, as long as he kills enemies efficiently. Let's get on with that steamrolling! Here are some battle flow improvements we introduced: Health Potions will now drop from monsters when Player is not at full health. Player health regeneration has been reduced and its delay increased. All special weapon powers now recharge in 60 seconds.
