The Turing Test is an experiment where you determine if an AI can pass itself off as human. You get a person to talk to computers and humans, over text, and see if they can determine which is which. The idea is interesting, but flawed. The Turing Test is also a first-person puzzler made by Bulkhead Interactive, and it is the same. Then again, in a world without Portal and The Talos Principle, Bulkhead Interactive would never have made The Turing Test, so it s a little academic. As it is, we ve got here an often smart, never quite brilliant first-person puzzle game that neatly fits into the same category. Please see the notes from the develoepers below for more information: AMD CPU issue fix has been implemented, which appears to fix the problem on our end. However, we'd appriciate if you let us know if you are still experiencing issues after this update. Console has been implemented that allows unlocking of fps. Please use the tilde key to access. You will need to turn VSYNC off and then use t.maxfps 120 to set the max to 120. NOTE: UE4 has a max FPS cap of 120 in the engine, so you can't get higher. We are investigating a way to unlock this. A science fiction first-person game where a robot sidekick guides you through various chambers full of puzzles with themes of transhumanism? Still, despite those on-the-sleeve inspirations, I can’t help but feel drawn in by The Turing Test’s atmosphere and heavy philosophical rumblings. And late last week, a new release trailer revealed that we won’t have to wait too much longer, as The Turing Test is due out on August 30. …
