Game devs and players continue banding together to help the Australian bushfire crisisJan 17, 2020 - Rock, Paper, Shotgun Australia is still burning, but over the last couple of days they’ve actually had some rain! While this is a big help to certain areas, there are still 83 fires blazing around the country, and there’s a lot of people and wildlife still in trouble. It’s good job then that there are even more game devs, companies, and communities banding together to help out our friends down under. A new Humble Bundle, a donation from the makers of Warframe, and a charity initiative run by Eve Online players are just three more ways the games industry is raising money, and you can get involved to show your support too. (more…) Minor Update 1.1.0Nov 11, 2019 - Community AnnouncementsI just pushed out a cheeky little update. Nothing that exciting though, just some changes to help with matchmaking in public matches. There's not enough concurrent players at the moment for it to make a difference, but if we do steam sales and things we might get a sudden influx and this should help people find each other. A more magnificent act than the perfectly timed activation of a magnet, a more majestic occurrence than a player toppling to the ground atop their retractable legs? There is not. The expanded Steam version of Regular Human Basketball just came out, and offers some of the most fun you can have with your perfectly normal human pals. A prototype has been out since 2015 and the core of the game remains unchanged – except now there’s online multiplayer, which I’m hoping will propel it to the popularity it deserves.
