HOTFIXES Fixed a wrong connection between Rhythm and Ascend causing the progression between levels to be incorrect Average statistics in Ranked matches now display correctly instead of accumulating The number in the unlock screen now represents the total lootballs instead of just the ones in the machine Fixed Sol feat of strength not having an icon/description when unlocking IMPROVEMENTS Your own player icon in the end of match screen, or those of split screen players, are now visually distinct from other players when pressing rematch Player that leave at the end of a match receive a visually distinct icon in the end of match screen SERVER SIDE FIXES In ranked matches, you should no longer get stuck in the respawn tube The players queued and matched up in ranked matches should happen more consistently. Patch to address some of the issues we've heard about over the weekend. Let us know if you continue to experience any problems BUG FIXES - Fixed sometimes not receiving all anniversary lootballs when collecting multiple in the same online match - Fixed potential crash when opening anniversary lootball - Fixed not receiving scrap from unlocking a duplicate event item - Fixed scaling issue with "NEW!" and "UNLOCKED" in some languages of the garage - Changed text when clicking locked DLC to be more accurate - Potentially fixed some random crashes that occurred sparingly; however, were unable to reproduce - Potentially fixed steam username not correctly initializing - Potentially fixed an issue which caused players to be moved out of ranked matches, back to the menu. We think the game server was out of sync with matchmaker most likely IMPROVEMENTS - Changed some settings of effects quality. The Ultra setting didn't show any changes; however, would affect performance severely. We've currently limited it to "High" or "Low" to avoid confusion and peformance drops - Changed how matchmaking rating is updated after ranked match are lost or won, MMR points lost should no longer be as extreme compared to winning rating points. - Made amount of anniversary lootballs between challenge levels consistent to avoid confusion ADDITIONS - Added Asia server in the setting menu for filtering Hope this helps some of the issues we read / heard about. Cheers! -Stitch HeadsAsia Servers LiveJun 25, 2019 - Community AnnouncementsHi everyone! We opened up the Asiatic regional servers in Singapore. They are live right now! Should combat some of the lag some players from that region have reported. We're hoping to patch a few fixes today, that will also add the option to select the servers in Singapore from the server matchmaking selection drop down in the settings menu. For now they will automatically be selected if you have matchmaking set to 'auto' and are the best servers based on your location. We'll do a fresh announcement when the patch goes live with all the changes/fixes. -Stitch HeadsRanked Europe - Connection Issues? Read hereJun 23, 2019 - Community AnnouncementsUPDATE 2: EU Ranked is back online. We are still working on resolving the issue but we managed to reboot the specific server that was stuck and causing all the issues. We'll keep an eye on this and are working on a hotfix for deployment ASAP. UPDATE 1: We think we may have found the issue and are going to attempt a hotfix as soon as possible! Hi! We've been investigating a bug that came out of nowhere in the last half hour. Ranked matches on EU servers appear to be booting players back to the menu instantly. US ranked matches have been reported to work fine. Servers and matchmaking seem to be functioning fine and we can't find the root cause just yet. We hope we'll get it resolved tomorrow! For now we recommend you try out Quick Match instead. Note: you can always change the server to the region you want in the settings menu. Please let us know if you encounter any other bugs, we honestly weren't expecting this many players and we've not really been able to stress test the servers to this level! We received reports of players experiencing lag and high ping. Certain matchmaking settings preferred to put players in a server with other people - even outside your own region. We've made some more changes that will keep players in their own region when the server settings are set to 'auto'. We've also been testing the optimal capacity per server even more. These changes are going into effect; however, expect it will take a while to fully roll out while servers are busy. As soon as a server becomes empty it should update. FIXES Fixed an issue with the New Years, 31 December combo unlock challenge which would sometimes not properly save in online matches for players; however, would save in offline custom match. Fixed a mix up with the New Years unlock reward - if you didn't get a party hat, you got it now! Fixed the tunnel boosters in the Nero Reef map not visually changing colour when an opposing player captured them. Level up achievements were being incorrectly verified and only unlocking when obtaining at least 1 additional level. Fixed an issue in the 'Slice' challenge map where the finish trigger box was not entirely overlapping the edge of the finish, you should no longer be able to slip past it and thus finish later.
