ASSASSINATION STATION

WELCOME ASSASSINS!Sep 29, 2017 - Community AnnouncementsThe Staysh (as it is affectionately referred to) is the result of one feverish calendar year of non-stop work, most of which was completed by myself in a dark room at night. Obviously to fully immerse myself in the assassin way. However this project simply would not be a reality without the help of a few key assassins: ADAM 'Cadabra' POPE Adam believed in this project from the start and was extremely flexible and free-flowing with both his creativity and business sense. Without his signature theme song, without Adam's attention to detail in the game's soundscape, the ASSASSINATION STATION is simply an ASSASSINATION, which is not nearly as fun. DIEGO 'Shackhal' del SOLAR GONZALES Diego effortlessly brought both the vision for FLEX$ studios and the ASSASSINATION STATION to life with his impeccable pixel work, designing the splash and main menu logos to my supreme satisfaction. CONNOR 'Cornslop' COGHLAN More than the Station's original test drone and number one fan, Corn has been a friend and support system of mine, and a rare one at that. MICHAEL 'Twisterghost' BARRETT As a programmer Twist is smarter than me in every way imaginable, and without his guidance, some of this game's most horrific bugs might still be skittering about. VADIM 'Yellowafterlife' DYANCHENKO Without Yellowafterlife's pristine scriptwork, the ASSASSINATION STATION, which was created in GameMaker 8.1, would not be able to interact with Steamworks, which provides a few of the core functions for the game. This is a list of known bugs in the current build of ASSASSINATION STATION (1.3.3): - Steam overlay sizing issues Developer comments: This is an issue related to how GameMaker 8.1 plays with Steamworks and resolution scaling. I've been searching for a solution for some time now, but it appears that transferring the project to GameMaker Studio would be the only fix. More on that later. - Floating point division by zero Developer comments: This is a rare bug that has been reported to crash the game on death. It's an edge case, one which has been increasingly difficult for me to replicate. - Resolution shenanigans Developer comments: This is another bit of buffoonery related to GM8.1, however the lack of resolution support is something I absolutely plan on addressing in the immediate future. Please, if you run into any issues with the game, do not hesitate to post here in the Steam Community or e-mail me, [email protected]. I'll be supporting the game post-launch and providing new content in exchange for nothing but your time. Thank you and happy assassinating.WELCOME ASSASSINS!Sep 29, 2017 - Community AnnouncementsThe Staysh (as it is affectionately referred to) is the result of one feverish calendar year of non-stop work, most of which was completed by myself in a dark room at night.
