Instead of a breakout-type game, it is instead a beat'em up platformer game, with Sally returning as the main protagonist but bringing along a new sidekick of hers - Jackie, her little sister. Both of them get to kick some alien behind once more, not before getting themselves kidnapped onto their spaceship. Mainly - ANIM.ACE hasn't been a thing for years now, we disbanded and the original developer of AGHR is not working with us anymore. As a consequence, we also lost access to the game's store page - we would've most likely made this announcement into an official update/news post instead of this community one. So, me (+TEK, the composer) and Artisano - the graphics lead for AGHR, also you may know him as the developer of Skeleton Boomerang - are teaming up (with some extra help from Doctor_Docson) to continue this, um, "franchise" in new directions! It's our first big, HD and not pixel art project. Our new team name is now "Blurry Photo". Stay tuned, we wanna release a demo for the sequel this year!Update Live! Version 2.0!Jun 16, 2018 - Community AnnouncementsUpdated game to Unity 2018. Bullet spreads are now evenly spaced. Several objects that were instantiated/destroyed are now pooled instead. This should greatly improve performance across a variety of platforms. Game-breaking bug in which enemies would reappear during bonus rounds fixed. Intro can now be skipped with buttons besides enter/space. Fixed bug with level editor that prevented objects that don't start offscreen from being created if the editor is set in offscreen mode. Screenshake is now a setting that you can change. NOTE: Your settings (i.e. music volume, sound volume, button preferences, and resolution) may be reset when you open the game for the first time after this update. Gui soldiers should no longer get stuck between destructors/bumpers and the edge of the screen.
